Multi-layer composite technology, maximized protection performance

Composite heat shrink tape is made of cross-linked polyethylene substrate combined with hot melt adhesive. It features a stable layered structure, high tensile strength, and is resistant to tearing and deformation.
With excellent core performance, its shrinking temperature range is 80–120 °C. It shrinks rapidly and evenly when heated, fitting tightly to the protected surface without gaps.
The hot melt adhesive layer fully melts to form a seamless sealing barrier with nearly zero water absorption, effectively blocking moisture, humidity and corrosive media.
Suitable for 10–35 kV medium and high voltage applications, it provides high insulation strength and low dielectric loss, effectively preventing high‑voltage breakdown and creepage.
It operates stably in a wide temperature range from -40 °C to 90 °C, is UV‑resistant and anti‑aging, with a service life of more than 20 years, adapting to complex outdoor and underground environments.
Full‑scene high‑strength protection for diverse needs!
- For medium and high voltage cable joints: dual guarantee of sealing and insulation, eliminating breakdown and corrosion risks.
- For oil and gas pipelines, underground pipelines: resistant to acid, alkali and salt spray, protecting against soil and water erosion.
- For outdoor communication lines and cable trenches: waterproof, sunproof and anti‑aging, suitable for extreme weather.
- For busbars in industrial equipment: insulation protection with reliable mechanical strength, ensuring stable operation.
It is a key protective material widely used in power infrastructure, oil and gas transmission, communication engineering, industrial maintenance and other fields, building a comprehensive safety protection system.
