The TS Closed Sleeve (heat shrink sleeve) features an integrated closed structure made of radiation-crosslinked polyethylene, with no overlapping joints. Its inner wall is bonded with high-tack special hot-melt adhesive, forming a fully wrapped protection system.

With outstanding core performance:

  • Heat shrinkage rate ≥ 55%
  • Initial shrinkage temperature: 80℃, full shrinkage temperature: 110℃
  • Shrinks uniformly along the radial direction of the pipeline when heated; the hot-melt adhesive layer fully melts and penetrates, achieving seamless bonding with steel pipes and anti-corrosion coatings
  • Peel strength ≥ 80 N/cm, completely eliminating leakage risks
  • Tensile strength ≥ 22 MPa
  • Excellent tear resistance and impact resistance
  • Operating temperature range: -40℃ to 95℃
  • UV-resistant, soil corrosion-resistant and industrial medium-resistant, suitable for both buried and overhead applications
  • Service life of more than 30 years

The integrated closed design eliminates overlapping gaps, delivering higher protection integrity, especially suitable for new straight pipe construction and pipeline prefabrication.

No additional adhesive strips or fixing sheets are required, simplifying installation steps and greatly improving on-site construction efficiency.

Specifications cover pipelines from Φ30 mm to Φ1200 mm, with thickness options of 2.5–4.0 mm.

The internal hot-melt adhesive is compatible with 2PE, 3PE, FBE and other anti-corrosion coatings.

No complicated priming is needed; installation can proceed after only cleaning the welding joint, making it ideal for batch pipeline prefabrication and on-site straight pipe connection anti-corrosion.
