J20 High-Voltage Waterproof Insulation Self-Fusing Tape uses butyl rubber as the base material with a self-adhesive system. It has passed ROHS environmental certification, safe and odorless.
Its core performance is suitable for high-voltage applications up to 10 kV. For voltages of 1 kV and below, it can be directly used as the main insulation restoration material. It features tensile strength of 250 psi and elongation of 500%. After stretching, its width shrinks to 3/4 of the original size, fitting tightly to cable surfaces without gaps.
After wrapping, it automatically fuses into a single piece to form a dense sealing layer, effectively blocking moisture and humidity intrusion. It also provides excellent insulation performance, withstanding high temperatures up to 80℃ and low temperatures down to -30℃, ensuring stable operation in a wide temperature range and eliminating risks of high-voltage breakdown.
