The inner layer of the plastic-coated metal flexible conduit adopts high-precision galvanized steel strip, which is tensile and compression-resistant, rodent-proof and bite-proof, and can effectively resist external impact and mechanical wear. The outer layer is coated with environmentally friendly PVC material, providing waterproofing, moisture-proofing, corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, suitable for complex environments such as humidity and salt spray.
It features excellent flexibility with a small bending radius, allowing free angle adjustment without affecting internal cable transmission, and can withstand repeated bending without deformation.
The flame retardant grade reaches V0 level: non-flammable and non-dripping in case of fire, effectively blocking flame spread and protecting internal cables. It operates stably in a wide temperature range from -20℃ to 80℃, suitable for various indoor and outdoor working conditions.
With a complete range of specifications, the inner diameter is available from 6mm to 50mm, compatible with wires, cables, optical fibers and other types of cables. It can be cut to length as required, with simple and burr-free end treatment.
Equipped with connectors, clamps and other accessories, it enables fast and firm installation, supporting surface mounting, concealed installation, cable tray laying and other methods, adapting to complex wiring environments.
