3:1 Dual Wall Heat Shrink Tubing
Dual-wall with adhesive & 3:1 shrinkage for maximum sealing performance!
It features an eco-friendly, irradiated cross-linked polyolefin dual-wall structure. The outer layer provides insulation and flame retardancy, while the inner layer consists of high-temperature hot-melt adhesive. With a strict 3:1 shrink ratio, it starts shrinking at 80℃ and fully shrinks with the adhesive layer melting at 120℃. After heating, it fits tightly around cables and connectors with no gaps or looseness.
Dielectric strength reaches 1KV. It operates stably under extreme conditions from -55℃ to 125℃, is flame-retardant and corrosion-resistant, waterproof and moisture-proof, effectively isolating moisture, dust and chemical corrosion.
With uniform wall thickness, the 3:1 shrink ratio fits irregular joints and terminals for better compatibility. It can be cut flexibly and operated with a hot air gun or oven without complicated tools.
Full-roll packaging facilitates storage and batch use, eliminates scattered waste, and improves engineering efficiency.
