Reinforced material for armor‑grade maximum protection

Industrial Armor Wrapping Tape uses glass fiber or polyester fiber reinforced base material with a special pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. It features high toughness, wear resistance and excellent tear resistance, with tensile strength ≥ 15 MPa, which can effectively resist heavy impact, mechanical friction and external crushing.
It quickly adheres to the substrate after wrapping to form a dense protective layer, with a waterproof rating up to IP68, strongly blocking the erosion of moisture, humidity, acid and alkali media and industrial oil stains, eliminating leakage risks.
Operating temperature range: -40℃ to 100℃. It is UV-resistant and aging-resistant, suitable for extreme conditions such as outdoor exposure and underground burial. It is not easy to age or crack during long-term use, and its service life matches that of industrial equipment.
It can be cut to length as required and applied manually without special equipment, suitable for both routine protection and emergency repair.
With good ductility, it can adapt to complex curved surfaces such as cables, pipelines and equipment edges. No bubbles or looseness after wrapping. It features high mechanical strength, excellent vibration resistance and pull-out resistance.
Compatible with metal, plastic, rubber, concrete and other substrates, it can be directly wrapped on damaged parts for repair and reinforcement without equipment disassembly, greatly improving construction efficiency and adapting to various heavy-duty industrial conditions.
