Mineral Cable Hot Melt Adhesive Made of high-temperature resistant and flame-retardant hot melt adhesive, it is specially designed for sealing mineral cable joints. Its melting temperature is suitable for cable construction conditions. It flows quickly to fill joint gaps when heated, and forms a dense sealing layer after cooling, effectively blocking the intrusion of moisture, humidity and corrosive media, and preventing the magnesium oxide insulation layer from deteriorating due to moisture.
It can withstand long-term high temperature operation at 200℃, and is non-flammable and non-dripping in fire scenarios, meeting the core fireproof requirements of mineral cables. The insulation resistance reaches ≥ 200 MΩ. It also features aging resistance and cracking resistance, with a service life matching that of the cable.
No complicated equipment is required; melting and construction can be completed with a hot air gun or heating sleeve, ensuring efficient and time-saving operation with fast curing speed, without affecting the on-site construction schedule.
After curing, it fits tightly with the cable and terminals without bubbles or gaps. It is suitable for surface mounting, concealed installation, cable tray installation and humid environments. During later maintenance, it can be melted and disassembled again at high temperature without damaging the cable body, complying with mineral cable construction specifications.
