All three models are made of high-quality EPDM substrate with special additives, RoHS-compliant, safe and odorless, featuring excellent weather resistance and corrosion protection.

They are graded for different voltage applications:

  • J10: For 10 kV and below; tensile strength 1.2 MPa, elongation 400%, ideal for low-voltage insulation and sealing.
  • J20: For 20 kV and below; tensile strength 1.5 MPa, elongation 500%, dielectric strength up to 13.0 kV/mm.
  • J30: For 35 kV and below; elongation up to 600%, withstands emergency overload temperatures up to 130 ℃.

All models self-fuse into a dense sealing layer. After stretching, the width shrinks to 3/4 of the original size, ensuring stable performance in a wide temperature range from -10 ℃ to 80 ℃ and effectively blocking moisture and humidity.

The release liner is easy to peel off, allowing room-temperature installation without heating, making it user-friendly even for non-specialists.

For installation, 50% overlap wrapping for 3–5 layers is recommended; durability can be further improved with an outer PVC tape finish.

Suitable for single-core and multi-core cables, busbars, pipes and more.

  • J10: Low-voltage cables, communication joints, pipe corrosion protection.

  • J30: Main insulation restoration for 35 kV XLPE cables, supporting cable tray, direct burial, outdoor and other installation methods, with convenient maintenance that does not damage cables.
