Imported core material, delivering maximum and more reliable performance

Sumitomo-type heat shrink tubing is made of high-purity cross-linked PE or flame-retardant PVC resin, processed by electron accelerator irradiation cross-linking. It complies with UL and CSA standards, with a rated voltage of 300V–600V and flame retardant grade reaching VW-1. It is self-extinguishing and does not spread when exposed to fire.
With outstanding core advantages, the shrink temperature is as low as 70°C, enabling fast shrinking upon heating. The inner diameter shrinkage rate is ≥50%, and the longitudinal change rate is controlled within ±5%, with no risk of secondary shrinkage. It tightly covers wires without bubbles or falling off.
It features excellent insulation performance with a resistivity of 10¹⁸ Ω·cm. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C. It is acid-resistant, corrosion-resistant and anti-aging, able to withstand harsh environments such as humidity and oil contamination, ensuring long-term stable protection.
Suitable for all scenarios, reliable protection guaranteed!
- For electronics industry: provides insulation protection for resistors, capacitors and other components, suitable for precision circuit protection.
- For automotive wiring harnesses: withstands vehicle-mounted high/low temperatures and vibration to ensure circuit safety.
- For home appliances: fixes markings and protects connectors to improve product safety.
- For LED lighting: covers pins to prevent electric leakage, meeting lighting application requirements.
- For metal pipes: provides rust and corrosion protection to extend service life.
It is the preferred protective material for electronics, automotive, home appliances, lighting and other fields.
